Booking Terms

Booking requests

Submitting the form sends a request only. A request is not a confirmed booking until Hinad or an authorized representative confirms it. The artist aims to respond within 24 hours, but response time is not guaranteed.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund conditions for a booking will be provided before the booking is confirmed. Those written conditions form part of the confirmed booking. If no special conditions are provided, please contact Hinad as soon as possible to request a change; approval depends on availability and any costs already committed for the booking.

Lateness

Please arrive or connect on time. A late arrival may reduce the available session time when another commitment follows. Any material change to the fee or session will be communicated and agreed before it applies.

Payment

If payment applies, the amount, currency, due date, accepted method, deposit, applicable taxes, and refund conditions will be provided before the booking is confirmed. A booking is not binding until both sides accept those terms.

Recording and filming

Do not record, livestream, photograph, or film a lesson or performance without prior written permission from everyone whose consent is required. Any permitted use, credit, or distribution terms must be agreed in writing.

Site and creative content

Unless stated otherwise, the site design, text, photographs, video, music, recordings, and other creative material are owned by their respective rights holders. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hinad Oud is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a booking. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
