Who we are

This website is operated by Hinad Oud in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Privacy questions can be sent to hinad.music@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect the name, email address, phone number, note, session type, and requested date and time you provide. Our hosting systems may also create basic server logs such as an IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to inquiries, assess and schedule requested lessons, workshops, performances, or collaborations, prevent abuse, and communicate about a booking.

Who handles the information

Information may be handled by the services used to host this website, process booking requests, manage the calendar, and deliver email. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare may also process technical information to identify automated abuse. Some service providers may process or store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

Consent and withdrawal

We rely on your consent when you submit the booking form. You may withdraw consent by emailing hinad.music@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it was withdrawn and may limit our ability to respond to or complete a booking request.

Retention

Booking information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, manage the resulting booking or professional relationship, meet legal and accounting obligations, or resolve a dispute. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymized using reasonable safeguards.

Access, correction, deletion, and complaints

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hinad.music@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Safeguards and breaches

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is completely secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will take required containment, notification, and reporting steps under applicable Canadian law.

Cookies

This site currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Essential security technology may be used if Turnstile is enabled. We will update this policy if analytics, advertising, or other cookie-based services are added.
